La Posta Restaurant

Osteria La Posta is located in the splendid setting of the Maremmana countryside, 5 km from the sea and a stone's throw away from Orbetello.

In our Osteria you can taste dishes that tell the story of the Tuscan and Maremma tradition,of the Orbetello lagoon, of the Argentario sea and of the backcountry, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free proposals. We select the raw materials by constantly offering seasonal and high quality products, which are revisited with originality and creativity by our Chef.

For Food & Wine we choose suppliers and collaborators of our beloved Maremma, which guarantee 0 km and quality products.

For lunch you can enjoy our dishes from the fresh veranda overlooking the Mediterranean garden and later enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool. Then a little relaxation and later a nice aperitif, to be chosen from our wide range of cocktails. For dinner, a romantic setting by the pool with a selection of jazz music. To end your day in the best way, our choice of cigars and liqueurs.

From lunch to dinner we will accompany you during your experience in our Osteria La Posta where you can enjoy the aromas and flavors of a land rich in history and culture: the Tuscan Maremma.

For hotel guests, it is possible to take advantage of the half-board service with the choice from our à la carte menu. There is also the possibility, on order, to prepare packed lunches for your excursions in our beautiful backcountry or for your days at the beach.

The food was delicious – I tried the pigeon and mushroom ravioli, which was outstanding, and the pappardelle with wild boar and sundried tomato sauce, which was also delicious (we were there two nights in a row). Desserts were very food – the honey on the ricotta mousse was fabulous. Service could not have been better.”
